This 4-week program is perfect for new mamas looking to safely return to exercise after birth, but anyone who has had a baby (at any time!) can attend. Twice-weekly sessions will cover pelvic floor and core health, positional awareness, alignment with baby, functional strength for motherhood and beyond. As you learn more about your body and its amazing capabilities, you'll develop greater strength, mobility, and skill. Motherhood is demanding, and you are capable! Come have fun moving your body with a supportive group of mamas that "get it" taught my Pre/Postnatal Exercise Expert and mom Haley Shevener. Not-yet-crawling babies are welcome!

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1:15pm
Where: CrossFit Golden Gate (although it is taught at a CrossFit gym, this class is not affiliated with or related to Crossfit)
