Led by an expert in pelvic health and fitness, Haley Shevener, these classes are designed to be done with little to no equipment

​

Level 1 is for those who are working on the basics (bridges, basic core exercises, bodyweight exercises)!

​

Level 2 is for those ready to add a bit more load and intensity!

​

Classes held online via Zoom. If you register and are not able to make the class, you will have access to a video recording!
