consultations & speaking engagements

  • Are you looking to troubleshoot a specific concern, but don't need coaching or programming? A consultation is a great time for us to go over your plan, what's working, what's not, troubleshoot what you may need to address, and for more to direct you to resources. Programming is considered a separate purchase.

  • Are you a trainer or coach looking for guidance on your clients? For two years, I coached and educated trainers on working with pre/postnatal women and I would love to help you better serve this population! I have a particular interest in navigating diastasis recti, pelvic floor dysfunction (including incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse) and would love to help guide your training decisions.

  • Consultations are billed at a rate of $100/hour.

  • I am also available for speaking engagements, and presentations. The rate is dependent on the level of commitment involved.
