Programming is delivered via TrueCoach. There's an app you can download to display workouts on your phone, and you can also choose to have them sent to you via email each day. Get a sneak peak with the video to the right!
We can either do live sessions together (through video chat), or I can design a program that addresses your needs and we will check in at an agreed upon frequency.
The cost of distance coaching varies dependent on what you are seeking and the time commitment involved.
The basic program includes a 45-min initial session via Zoom, a 4 week program (updated as you provide feedback), and check-ins via the TrueCoach app or another messaging service on which we decide. Each 4 weeks, we'll have another video check-in to ensure you're on the path to accomplishing your goals and troubleshoot any challenging movements. The cost of this option is $200/month.
