Hi! I'm Haley.
I'm a strength and conditioning coach and personal trainer specializing in working with women, particularly those in the perinatal chapter, who are looking for a body-positive, sustainable approach to finding their strongest selves. In addition to working directly with clients, I am passionate about my role as an educator, working with trainers and coaches through seminars, programs, and workshops to improve the quality of fitness information that we share with our clients.
I believe in movement as a means of connection. Exercise is a tool to help us connect to ourselves, and each other, and I am fortunate to witness that with the clients with whom I work.
I believe that women (particularly mothers) are underserved by the fitness industry. I have firsthand experience in the lack of quality information available to mothers and am passionate about reversing that trend. I have extensive training in working with pregnant and postpartum athletes, and women managing common conditions like diastasis recti, and pelvic floor dysfunction.
I believe that strength is a skill that anyone can learn. You can hire anyone to make you work harder. Mastering movement, becoming stronger, and increasing your function and performance take diligence, focus, and a strategy. Whether it's being able to snatch a heavy kettlebell, perform 10 pull-ups on your 40th birthday, or carry your kids (or grandkids) to the park, I love working with people who are open to learning how to move with more freedom.
I believe that life is too short to perform exercise you hate.
There are as many ways to move as there are people. We work together to find a practice that is both sustainable, and sustaining. When we unsubscribe from the erroneous messaging that exercise is punishment and merely an obligation, we open ourselves up to discovering all of the ways in which we love to move our body. Witnessing this is, perhaps, the most fulfilling part of my work.

Working together to actualize your intentions, we build sustainable fitness practices that allow you explore how strong you are already, and how powerful you'll become.
Sessions take place either at a personal training facility in Cow Hollow, at your place of residence, or in one of San Francisco's many beautiful parks.
Sessions range from $110-160, depending on the package purchased.
Consultations are 55 minutes and $75. That cost can be applied to future packages.

Even if you're not in the Bay Area and able to work with me in person, we can still join forces! I work with clients on programming, trainers on education/development, and am happy to provide on-going support, or a one-time consultation.
